Job Description
We are looking for a LED Board Worker(Jobs) in Chennai, responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining LED (Light Emitting Diode) boards used in various electronic devices. This role requires a strong understanding of electronics, soldering techniques, quality control, and attention to detail. The LED Board Worker will collaborate with the production team to ensure the efficient and accurate assembly of LED boards according to established guidelines and standards.
Required Skills:

Proficiency in soldering techniques, component placement, and basic electronics. Familiarity with reading engineering drawings and work instructions.

High level of precision and attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly and quality control.

Ability to identify and resolve common soldering and assembly issues. Basic troubleshooting skills for identifying defects and implementing solutions.

Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for precise component placement and soldering.
Role & Responsibilities

Assemble LED boards by soldering components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.

Accurately place LED components, resistors, capacitors, connectors, and other electronic parts onto the PCBs, ensuring proper alignment and orientation.

Conduct initial testing of assembled LED boards to identify defects, inconsistencies, or faulty connections. Inspect boards visually and with testing equipment to ensure quality and functionality.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, defects identified, and repairs undertaken. Ensure that all relevant documentation is complete and up to date.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling electronic components, soldering equipment, and testing instruments.

Maintain and clean soldering equipment, testing instruments, and workstations to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
