We are looking for a Sales Office Assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide essential administrative support to the sales team and ensure the efficient functioning of the sales office. Your role involves a combination of administrative tasks, customer interaction, and collaboration with various departments to facilitate successful sales operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Any UG Degree

  • Both Male and Female Candidates Can Apply

  • Training will be provided (OR) Experienced Candidate

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy when performing data entry and maintaining records.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and organizing sales-related documents, contracts, and files.

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • Manage correspondence, emails, and communication with clients, prospects, and internal team members.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and pricing.

  • Generate sales performance reports and assist in analyzing trends and patterns.A creative thinker who is independent in exploring ideas.

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, workshops, and exhibitions.
